Innovate Ads does it all. We work with you every step of the way to create, produce and deliver your videos online. Our package prices include production (the actual creation of the video clip/s) and delivery (making the video play on the specified pages of your site). These variables, along with the number of visitors to your site, help to determine how we can best serve your needs. |

Below is our entry level pricing structure for "iAds" products. |

| 1. Video Spokesperson - for sites with 7,500 unique visitors per month or less. |
· We contract with the actors - you get to choose from our available talent on the specified shoot date.
· If you need help writing the script for your iAd we are happy to assist you.
· Your Video Spokesperson clip can be placed on multiple-pages of your site (one URL).
· You will receive detailed insertion instructions that will allow you to easily add the video code to your web site.
· Prices start at just $500 upfront and $199 per month for the first six months
· After 6 months the monthly fee drops to $50 per month (as long as your site traffic remains below 7,500 unique monthly visitors)
· ***If the video plays more than 7,500 times in a 30-day period, during the first six months) a CPM of $5 will be charged.
· Considerations (on the entry level package:
· If you want to choose a specific actor from our database of talent there is an additional $500 fee.
· If you would like more than one Video Spokesperson clip produced on the same shooting day, there will be a charge of $250 per clip. |

2. Video Spokesperson Pricing- sites with 7,500 unique visitors per month or more
· We contract with the actors

· Results, analysis and reporting will be made available to you.
· $3,500 upfront for the production and delivery of 150,000 video plays
· After 150,000 plays, there is an ongoing $5 CPM delivery fee |

3. Video Snack Pricing-
· $4,700 cost will include the production and delivery of a 90 second video presentation for your website.
· We will hire the actor, and will be available to assist you in writing the script.
· You will receive detailed insertion instructions that will allow you to easily add the video code to your web site.
· The cost includes 6-month delivery and $50 will be charged per-month after 6 months.
***If the video plays more than 7,500 times in a 30-day period a CPM of $5 will be charged. |
